How can I place an order?
Once the desired items have been added to your cart, proceed as directed:
- Put items in your shopping cart and check out.
- Enter all necessary data.
- Select the mode of payment.
- Select “place order.”
Can I modify the order?
Regretfully, once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed. To modify the order, give our helpline a call at 0311 1414850.
What payment options do I have?
- Cash on delivery (COD)
- Easy Paisa
- Jazz Cash
Is COD available internationally?
Currently, the cash on delivery service is only available in Pakistan.
How much does shipping cost?
When you spend more than Rs. 5000 (Rupees Five thousand), delivery is free. A 150 rupee (Rupees hundred) delivery fee is applied to orders under that amount.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to update your order or realize you made a mistake when placing it, please call us right away at 0311 1414850.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Orders must have a valid address within Pakistan in order for us to deliver them within 4 to 5 working days. However, unforeseen circumstances could prevent or postpone any deliveries.
What happens if I receive a damaged product/item?
