We offer a seven-day return and refund policy. We are unable to provide you with an exchange or a complete refund if seven days have gone since your purchase.
Your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original packaging as well.
It is not possible to return perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We do not deal in perishable goods at our store because we are located in Peshaware.
Returns
We’ll send you an email, text, or phone call to let you know that your return has been received and examined. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
Exchanges
Items are only replaced if they are faulty or broken. Send us an email at bullfootwear@gmail.com or give us a call at 0311 1414850 if you need to exchange it for the same item, and we will provide you with more information.
Return shipping
You should mail your item to the address (shipper address) listed on the package if you would like to return it.
When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may differ depending on where you live.
